In many cases they are denied their legitimate rights to education, employment and health facilities. Without participation of women development can not be achieved sofar. The present Executive Director Ashraf Uddin Ahmed was working for a national organization. He understood and realized the unmet need of development interventions for rural poor women and decided that his experience and efforts are bettered utilized in the areas from where he has originated. Realizing this fact Ashraf Uddin Ahmed organized a non government organization (NGO) with consultation local elite and has launched process to empower the women through various socio economic development program with the financial assistance of ASA. RHECO is a local level multipurpose development organization was established in 1st March 1990 with a view to up-lift men of socio economic status of down trodden people of urban and rural with special emphasis on women and child issues. During the working period RHECO identified the main problem of grass roots communities. To overcome this situation a practical initiative is needed through socio economic emancipation.
